Coastline housing was a complete office refurbishment undertaken during four phases over two floors whilst the office remained a live working environment.

The works consisted of alterations to the existing layout to each floor, providing upgrades to the fire compartmentation, new lighting, floor coverings and decorations throughout.

 

During the refurbishment, many new features were also fitted including ash timber screens and doors, moss walls and acoustic sound deadening.
