A mixture of two- and four-bed timber-framed properties, at Watergate Bay in north Cornwall.

This 12-unit development was constructed and completed between October and May to ensure availability for summer letting. The high-specification properties incorporated sedum roofs, renewable technology, balcony areas and solar shading.
