A sixteen-week refurbishment and extension of the existing hotel kitchen and dining area.

The extension foundations, drainage and floor slab were constructed during November and December, with the site then being ‘dressed’ to look acceptable for the Christmas and New Year period.

Returning to site in early January, the remaining works were programmed to the day to ensure completion for a soft opening ahead of a mid February charity dinner that had been booked prior to works commencing.
