A 25-day strip out and re-fit of the kitchen, bar and dining areas. The project was programmed and managed to the hour, seven days a week for three and a half weeks, enabling the extremely busy restaurant to close for the minimum amount of time post New Year and then re-open in time for Valentine’s evening.
